“Christmas Carols” at MONOPOLY LIFESIZED Terms and Conditions

Subject to these terms and conditions, Path will provide two free tickets to each winner (up to 25 pairs of free tickets in total) to visit MONOPOLY LIFESIZED, 213 – 215 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7PS (“MONOPOLY LIFESIZED”), before 28^th February 2025 if one of the playing participants is named Carol or any variation of the name as outlined in clause 1.3 (the “Promotion”).

This Promotion is provided by Gamepath Entertainment Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13436131 and registered office at 124 Finchley Road, London, England, NW3 5JS (“Path“).

Eligibility

1.1.The Promotion is only open to residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years of age and over. It should be noted that any accompanying persons that play MONOPOLY LIFESIZED need to be aged 9+.

1.2 Employees of Path, Hasbro International, Inc. (“Hasbro”) and any associated persons are not eligible.

1.3 At least one person visiting and playing MONOPOLY LIFESIZED during the dates specified in clause 2 below must legally have one of the following first name or surnames:

Details of the offer

2.1. Allocated on a first come, first served basis, Path will provide two tickets per winner (up to 25 pairs of tickets total) to visit MONOPOLY LIFESIZED on any of the four boards for anyone that fulfils the naming criteria specified in clause 1.3 and who make a valid entry as outlined in these terms and conditions between the period of the 2^nd December 2024 and the earliest of 20^th December 2024 or until all available tickets have been accepted by winning entrants.

2.2. All tickets offered during this period must be redeemed (which means the tickets must be booked by) by 31^st December 2024 and will only be valid for visits which are to take place before 28th February 2025.

2.3. The tickets must be booked via our Box Office team in advance of visiting, and details of how to do this will be provided upon being informed of their right to accept a prize.

2.4. All tickets are strictly subject to availability and bound by our usual terms and conditions which can be found here.

2.5. This Promotion does not include any travel or accommodation to the attraction.

Participation

3.1 To be eligible for the prize, at least one participating person with one of the above legal names specified in clause 1.3 must be amongst the party to play MONOPOLY LIFESIZED before the 28th February 2025. Tickets are non-transferable and for the avoidance of doubt, any winning entrants cannot redeem their prize on behalf of someone else.

3.2. To enter, any eligible entrants will need to complete this Google Form and fill in all required details.

3.3. On arrival at MONOPOLY LIFESIZED, the winning entrant will be asked to show a form of valid photographic identification which details the naming criteria specified in clause 1.3. Path reserve the right to reclaim or void any tickets provided in this Promotion if such participant fails to provide valid photographic identification.

3.4 The first eligible 25 entries successfully submitted will be selected as winning entries and such entrants will be notified within 3 working days with details of how to redeem their two free tickets via the email contact information provided on their entry.

3.5 Any eligible entries made after the first 25 have been selected may be kept on a waitlist in the order such entries are received in case of any non-acceptances, however, there is no guarantee that such waitlisted entrants will be contacted by Path or provided with free tickets.

3.6. Any ticket provided in this Promotion can only be redeemed for an available time slot (subject to usual availability) before the 28th February 2025.

3.7. Any successful entrant must accept their prize within 72 hours of being contacted by the box office team or forfeit their right to claim such prize.

3.8 Winning entrants must redeem their prize by booking their visit by 31st December 2024.

3.9. Additional tickets may be purchased alongside the two offered tickets during the booking process with our box office, subject to availability. Please be aware that if tickets are purchased via other agents or routes we cannot guarantee that guests will be on the same booking or be able to play together.

3.10. Path will publish the surname and county of any winning entrants on its website and/or such other platform Path deems necessary within 7 days of the winners being selected and this information shall remain published for at least 1 month.

3.11 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and details of your winning entry being published or made available, please contact Path by emailing [email protected] However, Path shall still be obligated and entitled to provide the surname and county of the winners to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

General terms and conditions

4.1. No cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part is available.

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-chargeable. Path reserves the right to reclaim or void the prize if it is transferred, assigned or charged.

4.3. Path’s decision in all matters is final and binding, with no correspondence entered into.

4.4 Path are not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

4.5 Path cannot guarantee that any visit to MONOPOLY LIFESIZED will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. Liability for such disruptions, failings or cancellations only applies if caused by Path’s negligence.

4.6 Path are not liable for any cancellation that may need to be made. Path reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize where necessary (for example where MONOPOLY LIFESIZED is closed due to unforeseen circumstances), but such alternative prize will be at the management’s reasonable discretion.

4.7 Path’s management decision is final in all matters related to this Promotion and the provision of any related prizes.

4.10 Path reserve the right to disqualify any participant who may provide false information as part of their application, including falsely claiming they possess any of the eligible names outlined in clause 1.3.

4.11. All brand names, logos and names remain the property of Path and/or Hasbro.

4.12 Path reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion at any time.

4.13 The Promotion, these terms and any related dispute or claim (whether contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any such dispute or claim.

Subject to these terms and conditions, Path will provide a prize that consists of six tickets to play MONOPOLY LIFESIZED, based at 213 – 215 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7PS (“MONOPOLY LIFESIZED”),as well as six main meals and one drink per person in Top Hat Bar and Restaurant and one Personalised Monopoly Board for the winner. The prize must be taken before 28^th February 2025 .
